A blacked-out training floor with the discipline of a studio and the soul of a gym.
The Yard came to us with a clear vision: a boutique strength environment that felt cinematic without being precious. We took it from empty shell to opening day — concrete floors, blackout ceiling, custom rigs, retail joinery, a cedar sauna for recovery, and the ongoing service that keeps it sharp.

Full general contracting from permit through opening — concrete floors, blackout ceiling, lighting design and rig install.

Custom cedar sauna, benches, retail joinery, signage and the floor graphics that give the space its identity.

Ongoing servicing — equipment, sauna care, finishes and the small adjustments that keep a working gym feeling new.

A cedar room, built in-house.
Designed and fabricated by Driftwood — western red cedar walls and benches, hidden lighting, and a heater set into the corner. Recovery at the same standard as the training floor.
