Cold plunges are mechanical systems — pumps, compressors, chillers and electronics all eventually fail. We specialize in diagnosing and fixing them fast.
Most cold plunge owners are told to call the manufacturer, wait on hold, then ship a part across the country. We keep common components in stock and handle the repair in your home or studio, usually in a single visit.
Pumps
Replace or rebuild circulation pumps, impellers and pump housings that lose flow or burn out.
Compressors & chillers
Diagnose and replace failed compressors, chiller units, refrigeration loops and heat exchangers.
Control boards & sensors
Swap temperature sensors, flow switches, digital displays and main control boards.
Filtration & sanitation
Replace filters, UV bulbs, ozone generators and plumbing fittings.

Our background is estate maintenance at Yellowstone Club Homes in Montana, so we are used to homes where nothing is allowed to sit broken. We work quietly alongside estate managers and household staff, and we keep who we work for to ourselves.

Before Driftwood, our founder worked as an ironworker, so heavy equipment is home turf. We rig and set saunas, cold plunges, spas and other heavy pieces — including tight coastal lots and hillside properties — and run our own 30-foot gooseneck flatbed for deliveries, pick-ups and haul-aways across Los Angeles.

Penguin chiller rewire — smashed power cable
Venice Beach on the canals, CA
The chiller's power cable had been crushed against the equipment cabinet, shorting conductors and killing the unit. We cut back the damaged run, re-terminated the conductors, sealed and strain-relieved the new whip, then verified the chiller pulled the plunge back down to temperature with full circulation before we left.

AfterCustom cedar sauna refresh — deep clean
Manhattan Beach, CA
A custom-built cedar sauna that had gone a long stretch without service. We pulled the duckboard floor and bench slats, scrubbed body oil and residue out of the cedar with low-tox products, flushed the floor down to clean water, cleaned the heater guard and stones, and put it all back so the grain reads light and even again.
